Discovering the Power of Humility:
Embracing Your Worth While Valuing Others

Why Humility Matters
Let's talk about humility, a quality that's often overlooked but holds immense importance. It's not about downplaying your own strengths or constantly judging yourself. True humility isn't about being passive, but it's all about recognizing the value in every individual, including yourself.
When you think of humble people, you might picture those who gracefully navigate life's challenges without boasting about their achievements. But humility goes beyond that. It's about acknowledging that each person on this planet is on their unique journey of personal development. While you may excel in certain areas, others have their own strengths and experiences to offer.
Being humble means embracing the fact that people vary in their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. It's about opening up to the idea that you can learn from those who may be ahead of you in some aspects and from those who are still on their way. When you genuinely desire to understand the skills and talents others bring to the table, you naturally cultivate humility.
True humility involves a sincere desire to grow and evolve, combined with the willingness to learn from others. You know your strengths, but you're committed to removing arrogance from your attitude. You can appreciate your own worth while acting in the interest of others. In essence, humility is all about finding balance – celebrating your value while respecting the worth of every person on this planet. ~RS 😌
Stay humble, learn, and grow – because greatness begins with an open heart.

Tip of the Day: When Do You Need a Transfer on Death (TOD) Deed?
This document can reduce costs for your loved ones.

A transfer on death (TOD) deed is quite simple: Name the beneficiary or beneficiaries of your property after you pass away. Once this document is signed and filed with your local land records office, it is considered valid until replaced or revoked.
When you die, ownership of the property will pass automatically and immediately without probate to your beneficiary, along with any mortgage balance, liens or judgments on the property. In order to claim the property, your beneficiary will likely need to provide a death certificate. And, depending on your state, they may also need a sworn affidavit.
TOD deeds are offered in 27 states (and D.C.).
