Empowering Women: Unleash Your Creative Power and Edit Your Life
By Rosanne Santos

Life is like an ever-evolving movie script, and as women, we have the incredible privilege of being the directors of our own stories. We hold the creative control to shape our lives, deciding what works and what doesn't, and making the necessary edits to create a life that truly fulfills us. This empowering process of editing our lives allows us to step into our authenticity and embrace the journey of becoming the women we've always longed to be.
Of course, editing our real-life script isn't always as simple as erasing a few lines. There may be emotional baggage we've carried for years or unhealthy relationships we've clung to, making it challenging to make those necessary edits. But once we muster the courage to remove what no longer serves us, we experience a newfound sense of lightness and vitality. Letting go of stressful activities, releasing energy-draining connections, and unpacking our emotional baggage are all liberating cuts we can make.
The beauty of editing lies in the freedom it grants us. We create spaces within ourselves and our lives that can be filled with anything we desire. By eliminating negative situations and beliefs that no longer resonate, we make room for positive experiences, uplifting relationships, and empowering beliefs to thrive. Our thoughts and visions manifest into reality, shaping our days and painting our futures.
As we embark on this journey of editing our lives, let's take the time to reflect on both the positive and negative experiences that have shaped us. In identifying what no longer serves us, we make a commitment to let go, knowing that there's no fixed timing or perfect way to do it. Compassion and patience for ourselves during this process are paramount.
Consider the moments that have brought you profound joy and fulfillment. How can you integrate more of those experiences and beliefs into your life today? As you begin to make these edits, you'll witness a beautiful transformation. The clearing of what no longer serves you will create space for happiness, love, and wisdom to flow in abundance.
You have the power to choose intimate and healthy relationships that nourish your soul. Seek out adventure and embrace novelty over monotony. Past experiences no longer hold power over you; instead, you're emboldened by the strength you've gained from them.
So, dear woman, take the director's seat of your life. Embrace the power of editing and create a story that resonates with your heart's desires. Step by step, with each loving edit, you'll witness your life transforming into a masterpiece – a true reflection of your authentic self.
“Be educated on the things that you want to change, and be brave in the moments that you ask for a change.”

@LakotaMan1You may think that the image above is the result of food dye or Photoshop, but it’s a real variety of corn, called glass gem corn, that’s native to North America. Commonly grown by Indigenous communities in the pre-colonization era, the variety is more rare these days, but it’s still possible to buy the seeds from select outlets. A Twitter user who goes by Lakota Man shared this photo, writing, “Indigenous agriculture techniques were amazing.” Check out more pics and learn the history here. In the news today…..
Are you Still Watching?

The Dow jumped 100 points for its eighth straight winning day, (a first since 2019), but the biggest news happened after the market closed.
Tesla (TSLA -0.71%) and Netflix (NFLX + 0.59%) reported earnings after the bell.
Here’s how they did:
A). Netflix subscriptions jumped last quarter and its revenue climbed, but it wasn't enough to impress Wall Street. The streamer technically missed Wall Street's expectations on revenue and its stock fell -5% in afterhours trading.
The streamer also announced it will get rid of its cheapest basic ad-free option in the U.S. and U.K. as it continues to crack down on password sharing.
B). Tesla posted an all-time high quarterly revenue. Revenue from Tesla’s core automotive business rose +46% year-over-year to $21.27 billion.
Plus, it exceeded expectations on total vehicle deliveries for the second quarter (466,130).
Tomorrow is the opening day for two of the most anticipated blockbuster movies of the year. It's a massive weekend for the industry that hopes to recover after a lull of a year.
We're talking about Warner Bros.' “Barbie” and Universal’s “Oppenheimer”.
The two movies couldn't be more of opposites in terms of plot and theme, but they hope to have a similar impact on the industry.
In a Barbie world: Barbie is expected to hit upwards of $140 million in ticket sales and Nolan's Oppenheimer expects to grab as much as $60 million.
